Panditjipuja.com provides Vedic-based religious services including puja bookings, online sankalp, jap (mantra chanting), astrology consultations, Grah Dosh nivaran, kundli analysis, and spiritual counselling. All puja services are provided as per Hindu dharma shastra and traditional customs.
By using this website or booking any service through WhatsApp, call, or online portal, you accept these terms of use. The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after updates constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
Service bookings must be made with accurate information and confirmed with an advance payment as applicable (50% of the service charge). Confirmation is subject to receipt of full details and advance amount. Balance payment (if any) is due either before or on the day of service delivery. Digital payment options such as UPI, QR code, or bank transfer are available.
Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Advance payments are non-refundable but may be adjusted towards a future service by the same client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
CWe strive to deliver services on time as scheduled. However, delays due to natural events, health issues, or emergencies are possible. In such cases, we will notify the client and provide alternate arrangements without any extra cost.
Clients are responsible for preparing the puja space, maintaining a peaceful environment, and providing basic facilities like water, seating, and privacy. Accurate details like name, birth data, and location are required for effective service. Disrespect or improper behaviour during service may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
For regular pujas, the pandit may bring essential samagri (items).
Availability of Services
Online services such as sankalp, jaap, astrology consultations and kundli matching are available across India and internationally via video call or WhatsApp.
Client data such as name, birth details, phone number, or kundli information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Our website uses SSL encryption to ensure data protection and transaction security.
All services offered are rooted in Vedic scriptures and intended for spiritual guidance. We do not claim or guarantee any specific results such as marriage, job, childbirth, health improvements, etc. Outcomes depend on divine grace, karmic structure, and personal effort.

A confirmed booking is valid for 90 days. After this period, the booking is considered lapsed unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refund will be provided for unused services beyond the validity period.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service at our discretion if we detect disrespectful behaviour, inaccurate information, payment issues, or any other reason that violates our code of conduct.
Client testimonials, photos or videos from puja sessions may be used for promotional purposes only with the client's prior consent. No media will be published without approval.
We may link to third-party websites for convenience or reference. We do not endorse or take responsibility for their terms, policies, or content. Visiting such sites is at your own discretion.
